Sitronix Projects Division provides the Project Management skills and resources to effectively and efficiently manage and deliver all Sitronix Security or AV projects, from Initiation through to successful Closing. Typically, Projects will act as a knowledge resource to Sales during the Pre-sales stage of a Customer engagement. Once a Quote has been won, the job becomes the prime responsibility of the Projects area. A Project Manager will be appointed who will manage and control all stages of the project from here onwards.

Through Project Management we are able to assess Project Risk Management, which can be based on identifying project risks, listing the identified risks categorically, prioritising the categorised risks, anticipating the occurrence of the risks and identifying the impact on the project if the risk occurs.
